Job description

Job summary: For a clientele with an intellectual disability with autism spectrum disorders and serious behavioral disorders DI TSA TGC Implement and respect resident intervention plans Household chores (cleaning the room, floors and toilets - common chores) Aids related to the daily activities of life (Housing, nutrition and hygiene assistance - with the 1 to 1 mainly Laundry room (common tasks) Accompaniment (1 for 1) Security (1 to 1) Other related tasks determined by the DG or the head of department. Requirements and skills sought: Experience: 1 year and more in the field Training: DEP TES (Social Education Worker) or equivalent CPR. Holding a valid Private Security Bureau (BSP) agent's license is an asset.

Additional Instructions: Ability to intervene with clients with mental health problems is an asset. Punctual Available for replacements Flexible in terms of schedule Polite and respectful with peers and residents Jovial Good verbal and written communication in French.
