An Interventional Radiology Technologist is a medical professional who assists physicians in performing minimally invasive imaging-guided procedures. They operate fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound equipment to help guide catheters, stents, and other tools during procedures. Their responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment setup, radiation safety, and post-procedure care. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of an interventional radiology technologist?

Interventional Radiology Technologists are responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating advanced imaging equipment during minimally invasive treatments, and maintaining strict sterile technique.
