Job description


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all phases of care, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, with a preference for those with vascular experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Interventional Radiology department.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout.
  • Assist in various interventional radiology procedures, including scrubbing as needed.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies during procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
  • Experience in vascular procedures is preferred.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • Experience with moderate sedation is required.
  • Willingness to take on rotating call for nights, weekends, and holidays.


Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts. Flexible rotating daytime hours are available, including 7:30-4, 8-4:30, and 8:30-5. The department operates from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Please note: Vascular and scrubbing experience is preferred.
