Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily clinical and operational activities across Cath Lab and IR.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and 24/7 coverage needs.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing clinical team.
  • Partner with physicians and leadership to improve quality, efficiency, and service growth.
  • Drive patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
  • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements.

Requirements
  • BSN required
  • Current RN license
  • 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
  • Cath Lab and/or Neuro IR experience required
  • Experience in a high-volume procedural environment
