Material Handler - Interstate Warehousing Cincinnati
Interstate Warehousing | Cincinnati, OH

Looking for a full-time warehouse opportunity with strong earning potential? Interstate Warehousing is hiring Material Handlers for our Cincinnati freezer facility.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order selecting, case picking, high-volume warehouse work, or stand-up forklift operation who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a culture of safety, and help deliver the reliable customer service our partners count on.

Pay and Benefits

  • Earn up to $26.25 per hour, including a $2 perfect attendance bonus
  • Full-time position
  • Benefits available after 90 days
  • 401(k) eligibility after 1 year
  • New Hire Sign on Bonus up to $3500!

Important Work Environment Details

  • This position works in a freezer warehouse environment at approximately 0 degrees
  • Team members must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Stand-up forklift experience is strongly preferred

Available Shifts
2nd Shift
: Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
3rd Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
4th Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.; Monday and Tuesday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
5th Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; Monday and Tuesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do
As a Material Handler, you will help receive, store, pick, and move products throughout our refrigerated and frozen warehouse areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Loading and unloading product, pallets, and materials
  • Reading picking orders and shipping documents to identify items for movement
  • Operating electric-powered forklifts, pallet jacks, or related warehouse equipment
  • Transporting products to storage racks, staging areas, and other designated locations
  • Picking, counting, sorting, and stacking product according to order instructions
  • Placing materials on racks, shelves, or in bins based on product type or location
  • Labeling materials with identifying information when needed
  • Completing order tickets, truck logs, and other required warehouse records
  • Verifying product counts and quantities to meet company standards
  • Supporting a safe, accurate, and customer-focused work environment
