Job description

POSITION: Inside Sales Representative – (GLS) -Aftermarket 


REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager – GLS – Global Lifetime Service 


LOCATION: Canon City, CO (On-site) 



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Quote and order entry for assigned products and customers in SAP
  1. Business to Business Customer Service focused on building Brand Reputation and providing an excellent Customer experience
  1. Through communication with Customers, identify Service related solutions and route to Service Team for follow-up
  1. Complete all required sales and project reporting on time and with accuracy
  1. Participate in all internal sales and project meetings
  1. All other responsibilities as assigned by your Direct Report



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least five years of proven inside sales experience, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to solve practical problems, understand material flow and measurement
  • Advanced computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to understand, interpret and discuss detailed engineering drawings
  • Ability to assess application needs and provide solutions with standard products
  • Possess good judgment and decision-making ability
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of people
  • Occasional travel for training and other work related events
