We are seeking a proactive and skilled business analyst/project manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring business continuity by transforming the ICT ecosystem to manage parts and engineering Bill of Materials (BOM).
As a BOM and Engineering Parts specialist, you will define and execute a strategic vision within a highly integrated and complex engineering tool landscape comprising both legacy and modern platforms. Grounded in deep knowledge of engineering processes and existing systems, you will drive the federation and interoperability of BOM and parts-related solutions while ensuring operational stability. You will balance day-to-day system support with continuous modernization initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to simplify complexity, improve data consistency, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with Stellantis business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The Bill of Materials (BOM) Management ecosystem ensures the accuracy, consistency, and communication of structured data related to vehicles, components, subassemblies, and raw materials across all manufacturing operations within Stellantis. By integrating regional systems with global processes, the BOM ecosystem enables seamless engineering and production activities across all Stellantis regions.
In this position, you will serve as an ICT specialist for the BOM Management ecosystem, driving the transformation and standardization of BOM systems to support improved business efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and supply chain experts, to understand BOM-related business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Design innovative and robust ICT solutions for BOM management that align with enterprise goals, emphasizing scalability, data accuracy, integration, and performance.
  • Lead and oversee the execution of multiple BOM-related projects, ensuring alignment with quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, system documentation, and governance standards for BOM solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance policies.
  • Deliver regular updates and status reports to key stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive and current program documentation to support transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for BOM management systems, including incident and problem resolution, change and release coordination, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaboration with support teams and vendors to ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an ICT Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), PLM, Change, and Release processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous business environment.
