  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)

  • Must have an active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing

  • Certified Immunizer Required

  • Ability to work a variety of schedules
