About the Role:
We are seeking a People & Executive Operations Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the CHRO, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of People Ops/Office projects and tasks, including onboarding, recruitment scheduling, and office operations as well as support three executives (CEO, CFO, CHRO) at our amazing 1 WTC HQ.
If you have a genuine interest in People and Community Operations, possess excellent organizational skills, and enjoy working on varied tasks, this role is an excellent fit for you.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional experience or relevant internships
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)
  • Ability to work onsite in our 1 WTC HQ at least one day a week (3 days preferred)
Additional Qualifications:
  • Resourceful and adaptable; willing to assist wherever necessary
  • Able to lift and carry boxes up to 20 lbs
  • ATS experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Responsibilities:
  • Support the People Team with interview scheduling and coordination for candidates and hires
  • Support the CEO, CFO, CHRO with scheduling, travel arrangements and expenses
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including registering key cards and conducting day-one office tours
  • Assist in gathering and documenting references for new hires
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience
  • Manage conference room scheduling, ensuring proper setup and smooth guest flow
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience, acting as the face of Wunderkind for visiting guests and employees
  • Assist in managing daily facilities requests and vendor coordination, serving as a point of contact for 1 WTC Building Management

The base salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
