WHO YOU'LL REPORT TO:
The AI Enablement Lead reports to the Cyber Security Engineer.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The AI Enablement Lead is a strategic, cross-functional role responsible for accelerating the effective adoption and use of the company's private LLM and Microsoft 365 Copilot across all departments. This individual partners with business teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate repetitive work, and improve productivity using approved AI tools. The role combines hands-on expertise with strong enablement, coaching, and change management skills to turn AI potential into measurable business outcomes. Success is measured by increased adoption, documented process improvements, time savings, and the creation of repeatable AI-driven workflows across the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with leaders and teams across all departments to analyze current workflows and identify high-impact opportunities to use the private LLM and M365 Copilot for process streamlining, automation, and efficiency gains.
  • Cross Department Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Lead discovery workshops and process mapping sessions to uncover pain points and design AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Pilot, document, and scale successful use cases, creating reusable playbooks and templates for other teams.

Enablement, Training & Coaching
  • Develop and deliver practical training programs, workshops, and resources focused on effective prompting, best practices, and responsible use of the private LLM and M365 Copilot.
  • Build and maintain internal resources such as prompt libraries, workflow templates, quick-start guides, and video tutorials tailored to different departments.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and office hours to help employees build confidence and proficiency with the tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a role that involved training or supporting colleagues with new technology (internships or student roles count).
  • 1-2 Yeas prior experience creating or delivering training materials, workshops, or presentations.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices and responsible AI principles (preferred; demonstrated through personal projects, self-study, or work examples are acceptable).
  • Experience working across multiple departments or functions.
