Position Overview

With our strong international growth, Tencent Cloud International is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for passionate undergraduates / graduate students to join our CPaaS Product Management Internship. As part of the team, you'll have the chance to collaborate with industry experts, contribute to product design and operations, and gain invaluable experience in shaping the future of communication platforms. This internship provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a global market.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design of CPaaS products, contributing to framework, function, and interaction design under the guidance of experienced product managers.
  • Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for product decision-making.
  • Assist in drafting product requirement documents and related documentation to communicate product vision and features effectively.
  • Engage in product operations and promotional activities, supporting the team in driving product awareness and adoption.
Who We Look For
  • Final-year undergraduates / graduate students majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or its equivalents with a vision to pursue his/her product management career path in public cloud industry. Relevant product management certifications would be advantageous.
  • Able to commit at least 6-month full-time.
  • Demonstrate creativity, strong logical thinking, and exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about product management, with a keen interest in researching various products and a focus on enhancing user experience.
  • Proficiency in common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping, and flowchart design software.
  • Previous experience in B2B product internships, particularly in PaaS or SaaS, is preferred but not mandatory.

US-California-Palo AltoThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $27.12 to $51.93 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
