Terrakotta is looking to hire their first full-time engineer, emphasizing ambition and a hands-on approach. The role involves architecting and shipping features end-to-end, collaborating closely with founders, and maintaining a clean codebase while operating at startup speed.

• Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX.
• Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday
• Maintain a clean codebase while operating at startup speed.
• Collaborate directly with the founders.
• Own decisions. Move fast. Push code that touches revenue.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX.
• Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday
