Job description

At REGENT, weโ€™re on a mission to revolutionize regional transportation between coastal cities. We're not just building vehicles, we're creating a new category of transportation: the Seaglider. These groundbreaking wingโ€‘inโ€‘groundโ€‘effect craft travel just above the waterโ€™s surface, combining the speed of an airplane with the low operating costs of a boat. Capable of 180 miles at 180 mph on todayโ€™s battery tech (and up to 400 miles with nextโ€‘gen batteries), Seagliders will unlock fast, affordable, and sustainable coastal transit for passengers and cargo โ€“ connecting cities, islands, and communities like never before.

Backed by leading investors and powered by a team of passionate, forwardโ€‘thinking engineers, builders, and operators, weโ€™re now scaling from a breakthrough prototype to full production โ€“ and building the team to make it happen.

Role Overview

Weโ€™re looking for a SkllBridge: Production Control Warehouse Specialist to keep material flowing accurately and on schedule between our warehouse and the production line as we ramp up Viceroy and Squire manufacturing. Youโ€™ll be the trusted link between Production Control, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain โ€“ making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

If youโ€™re energized by working at the intersection of cuttingโ€‘edge innovation, realโ€‘world impact, and handsโ€‘on engineering, youโ€™ll be in the right place โ€“ and weโ€™d be thrilled to have you on the team!

REGENT is proud to be a SkillBridge industry partner and offer internship opportunities for transitioning service members. Through this program, youโ€™ll gain handsโ€‘on experience in the maritime and defense industries, working alongside some of the most respected leaders and engineers in the field. While you continue to receive your military pay and benefits, weโ€™ll provide immersive training and meaningful work that sets you up for success in a civilian career.

To be eligible for a Skillbridge Internship, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be eligible to participate in an Internship per DoD Instruction 1322.29
  • Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military
  • Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date
  • Must receive approval from the Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command
  • Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials, verifying quantity, condition, and documentation against purchase orders.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, promptly researching and resolving discrepancies.
  • Build and stage kits against bills of material (BOMs) and work orders, and deliver them to assembly stations on schedule.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely within warehouse and production areas.
  • Maintain lot/serial traceability and documentation for flightโ€‘critical and exportโ€‘controlled hardware.
  • Support daily production control standโ€‘ups with realโ€‘time shortage and WIP status.
  • Keep warehouse areas organized, labeled, and auditโ€‘ready in line with 5S and AS9100 practices.
What Youโ€™ll Bring
  • Warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, marine, or DoD logistics environment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory transactions and comfort with Excel and RF scanning tools.
  • Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain it quickly.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership over inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in an active shopโ€‘floor environment.
  • Eligibility as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR.
Bonus Experience
  • Aerospace, marine, or defense manufacturing background.
  • Lean/5S or continuous improvement experience.
  • Military logistics or supply background โ€“ this role is SkillBridgeโ€‘eligible.
Who Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Collaborative Team Player: You believe that great things happen when teams work together. You communicate effectively and collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and other crossโ€‘functional teams to align on goals and move projects forward. You bring people together, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and moving towards a shared vision.
  • Creative Problem Solver: You thrive on tackling complex challenges and finding innovative solutions. Whether youโ€™re resolving installation challenges, debugging elusive electrical issues, or adapting on the fly during integration and test, you bring a practical, inventive mindset to every problem. You donโ€™t just patch issues โ€“ you improve processes, anticipate downstream impacts, and help turn oneโ€‘off fixes into scalable solutions that raise the bar for future builds.
  • Adaptable & Agile: In a fastโ€‘paced, everโ€‘evolving startup environment, you quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements. You approach challenges with a calm, resilient mindset, and know how to pivot and adjust your approach as needed, ensuring that progress continues without missing a beat.
  • Innovative Mindset: Youโ€™re driven by curiosity and a passion for technology. Youโ€™re passionate about driving continuous improvement, embracing new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and team performance.
What We Offer
  • Daily, free catered lunches
  • Learning & professional development opportunities
  • Meaningful projects that make an impact
  • Mentorship & guidance from experienced team members

If youโ€™re ready to take on an exciting challenge, grow with us, and make a lasting impact, we want to hear from you. Even if you donโ€™t meet every requirement, but you see yourself contributing to our mission, we encourage you to apply! We value diverse skillsets and experiences and believe in the potential of passionate individuals to make a big impact.
