The team collaborates across functions to identify key drivers of user engagement and business value, guiding strategic investments and development priorities. Utilizing advanced data science, machine learning, and visualization techniques, the team delivers actionable insights that influence business outcomes. Members apply rigorous analytical methods and domain knowledge to solve complex problems, support model development, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, fostering data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
What you'll do:

• Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced data science models using best practices for accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
• Design and implement data visualization solutions to effectively communicate complex insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data science projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Guide and mentor team members on advanced modeling techniques, feature engineering, and experimentation frameworks.
• Oversee deployment and continuous monitoring of models in production environments to ensure optimal performance.
