Kinder Konsulting is excited to announce our expansion into Volusia and Flagler counties! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate social workers and mental health therapists to join our growing team.

About Us

Kinder Konsulting has been in existence for over 20 years, providing specialized mental health and behavioral services to young children throughout Central Florida. Our team of dedicated Volusia/Flagler Mental Health Therapists and Psychotherapists serve children and their families by traveling to homes and schools within their preferred areas in Volusia, Flagler, and neighboring counties (depending on clinicians' desire). Services may also be provided in one of our two offices. We are known throughout Central Florida for our wonderfully trained clinicians, attention to detail, and our state-of-the-art facility in Winter Park and Cocoa Village, which includes two-way mirrors, video recording capabilities, sand tray rooms, play therapy rooms, and much more. Our multi-disciplinary team ensures comprehensive care for our clients.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Master's degree or higher in a mental health-related field such as Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Licensure: Positions available for licensed, registered interns, or master's level candidates who are license-eligible in fields like Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Unsure about your eligibility? Check here: Florida Mental Health Professions.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of experience working with children aged 0-8 years in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with childhood development.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.

Work Location

• Multiple locations of your choosing within Volusia, Flagler, and neighboring counties such as Orange, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, and Marion.
• Services provided in our state-of-the-art Winter Park office, featuring two-way mirrors, sand tray rooms, play therapy rooms, and more. You also have the option to work from our Cocoa Village office.
• Kinder Konsulting has a school contract, allowing therapists the option to work in the schools of their choosing.
