Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365 / Windows) to join our team.

Salary Commensurate with experience. Please ignore the automated estimate given by ZipRecruiter. Our pay package comes with Quarterly Performance-Based Cash Bonuses.

This is a highly technical project/solutions-oriented role and not merely help desk support. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, virtualization platforms, identity systems, automation solutions, and enterprise infrastructure. You must be comfortable working independently, leading technical projects, researching unfamiliar issues, and making sound technical decisions with minimal supervision.

This is a SENIOR position and requires minimum 7 year's experience. Please do NOT apply if you do not have minimum 7 year's experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • EXPERT in managing advanced Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Compliance, Security, etc.).
  • EXPERT in managing Microsoft365 Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Flows, Forms)
  • EXPERT working with Active Directory and Windows Servers.
  • EXPERT in VMware vSphere OR Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualization.
  • ADVANCED in PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) technologies in an enterprise environment.
  • Must be able to independently plan, schedule, and carry out major processes and projects with minimal supervision.
