Essential Qualifications 7 years' experience with software development technologies such as Visual Studio, .Net, C#, and SQL; proficient in client-side web development such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and bootstrap; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position announcement lists the major duties and requirements of the job and is not all-inclusive

The successful candidate will be expected to perform additional job-related duties and may be required to have or develop additional specific job-related knowledge and skills Job Duties The Programming Supervisor supervises a team of Sr. Application Developers and daily activities for the analysis, coding, testing, implementation, and support of Board applications. This includes business process analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, debugging, and support.

Supports multiple projects simultaneously with scheduling, planning, and allocating resources. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge areas for this position include but are not limited to software development lifecycle, application frameworks, databases and enterprise technologies, business process analysis and project management. Skills areas for this position are including but not limited to designing, testing, developing, implementing, maintain enterprise software, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving complex application, system issues, communicating, managing projects and priority adherence.

Abilities for this position include but are not limited to ability to lead and supervise, analyze business needs, exercise judgment in planning, identify opportunities for process improvement, establish and maintain working relationships, oversee software development and maintenance of systems.
