Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Specific Technologist / Developer Support Analyst to support enterprise adoption of AI coding assistants, with a primary focus on GitHub Copilot and emerging tools such as Claude Code.

This role combines software development consulting, developer enablement, technical support, platform administration, and AI-assisted development. The successful candidate will help developers effectively and securely incorporate coding assistants into planning, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, modernization, and CI/CD workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and consultation for GitHub Copilot users.
  • Troubleshoot access, configuration, IDE integration, authentication, networking, and unexpected AI behavior.
  • Promote responsible adoption of AI coding assistants across developer teams.
  • Develop reusable prompts, skills, agents, templates, scripts, and technical guidance.
  • Support administration of coding-assistant platforms, including licensing, policies, integrations, and usage controls.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate technical escalations.
  • Help development teams integrate AI assistants into software development and CI/CD processes.
  • Create onboarding materials, demonstrations, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
  • Deliver developer workshops, office hours, coaching, and product-adoption support.
  • Evaluate new AI coding tools, models, integrations, and features.
  • Promote secure coding, human review, testing, data protection, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant software development, developer tooling, DevOps, application support, or platform technology experience.
  • Strong software development and SDLC knowledge.
  • Professional experience with GitHub Copilot or comparable AI coding assistants.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub, Git, repositories, pull requests, permissions, and CI/CD.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, secure coding, testing, and maintainability.
  • Excellent technical writing, communication, consultation, and customer-service skills.
