Interns typically assist with tasks such as inventory analysis, logistics coordination, procurement, and data analysis using digital tools and platforms. This format allows participants to develop valuable skills in supply chain operations, communication, and problem-solving, all while working from home or any remote location. It is ideal for those looking to enter the field and gain practical insight without being physically present at a company's office.

  • Support monthly and year-end close processes, including journal entries related to inventory, reserves, and obsolescence
  • Monitor inventory transactions and identify issues related to receiving, shipping, or data entry
  • Assist with standard costing procedures and analyze cost variances on item receipts

  • Support compliance with safety regulations and Responsible Distribution (RD) standards
  • Help resolve mis-shipments, receiving errors, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Generate reports and provide insights on inventory performance and key metrics
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed

  • Internship or coursework in accounting, inventory, or data analysis preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) is a plus
  • Ability to investigate discrepancies and solve problems using data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
