Job description

Supply Chain Coordinator

Rarewaves-USA is a fast-growing global e-commerce company specializing in entertainment and consumer products, with a catalog of more than 1.5 million items across categories including music, movies, books, games, electronics, toys, gifts, and more.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Manager with inventory management, vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and day-to-day supply chain operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is confident following through with suppliers, internal teams, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and submit vendor purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Track open purchase orders from placement through completion
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and any delays
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable to verify vendor invoices against purchase orders
  • Support inventory management processes to ensure product availability and operational needs are met
  • Follow established supply chain procedures, protocols, and best practices
  • Identify and communicate potential issues before they impact timelines
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting as needed
