  • Collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and review treatment objectives, fostering an environment of trust and transparency.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment records timely and accurately, leveraging electronic health record (EHR) systems in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental protocols.
  • Serve as a key liaison for patients by coordinating referrals and facilitating communication between them and other healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Educate and mentor a diverse group of interns, students, and other stakeholders in best practices of mental health care, contributing to an inclusive learning environment.
  • Engage in clinical review processes and support the professional development of peers under supervision, enhancing team effectiveness and patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily support individuals and their families impacted by cancer diagnoses, addressing the multifaceted emotional and psychological challenges that arise from such experiences. By employing evidence-based practices in therapy, the LCSW will ensure that patients receive holistic care that is both compassionate and effective, thereby significantly improving overall quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in employing therapeutic modalities and a solid understanding of mental health diagnostics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with patients and their families.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly working with cancer patients or chronic illness populations.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and evidence-based treatment interventions.
  • Experience mentoring or training students or interns in clinical settings.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
  • Paid parental leave, holiday pay, and supportive Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
