Location; Raleigh, NC
JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a University Recruiter (Contractor) to join our growing team and help scale our intern and entry-level hiring efforts across the Americas. This is a contract role offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact while growing your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The University Recruiter will report to the North America Head of University Recruiting and will be responsible for executing against the university strategy at the company in the US. We are looking for a self-driven individual willing to help continue to build and scale intern / entry level hiring for the company's Americas region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners.
  • Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
  • Support the design and delivery of intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance feedback.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company at targeted schools and conferences, including HBCUs, HSIs, and other diversity-focused institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, immigration, and export control requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
  • Solid understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–35% for campus visits and events.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience managing university-level requisitions (internship and full-time) and intern programming.
  • Technically savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate the company's core technologies and business areas.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with HBCUs, HSIs, and other diversity-focused institutions.
  • Familiarity with virtual recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake, 12Twenty, etc.
