A key focus of this role will be creating engaging training content, including training videos, scripts, presentations, and other learning materials. The intern will work closely with HR and operations teams across ECOS to understand processes and procedures and help translate them into clear, easy-to-understand training for employees.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in an office environment and on the warehouse/manufacturing floor and is interested in learning how effective training supports our ECOS team, employee performance, and workplace operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure training content reflects actual workplace procedures and expectations.
