Manufacturing Engineer

What you'll do
  • Support day-to-day production by troubleshooting technical issues related to RF and microwave hardware
  • Investigate hardware failures and out-of-spec conditions to identify root cause and corrective actions
  • Create, review, and maintain manufacturing and test documentation
  • Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel
  • Participate in design reviews, MRB meetings, audits, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to resolve material or process issues
  • Develop manufacturing improvements using structured problem-solving and lean principles
  • Recommend new processes, methods, or equipment to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Communicate technical information clearly across the organization

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Applied Physics
  • 0-2 years of electronics of hardware manufacturing experience (internships welcomed)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on aptitude with fine-pitch electronics and lab equipment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred)
  • Exposure to RF/Microwave concepts
  • Ability or aptitude to perform RF/microwave tuning under a microscope
