They are seeking an AI Specialist to support the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making across various departments.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing, testing, and refining AI solutions, automations, and prompts that support business objectives.
• Prepare, organize, and validate data used for AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
• Support the documentation of AI processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Research emerging AI tools and capabilities and share recommendations with the team.
• Work with business partners to gather requirements and identify opportunities for practical AI applications.
• Assist in pilot projects, user testing, and feedback collection for new AI-enabled tools and processes.
• Help monitor results, measure adoption, and identify improvement opportunities after implementation.

• Understanding of prompt development and evaluation concepts.

Preferred:
• Internship, capstone, academic research, hands-on project work, or related experience in AI, analytics, automation, or software development.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to tools or frameworks such as Python, SQL, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, cloud-based AI services, or other automation and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
