Description of the Host Property: Lolo's Surf Cantina is a vibrant, Baja-inspired Mexican restaurant located within the Marriott Stanton South Beach. Situated right along iconic Ocean Drive, it blends a laid-back beach culture vibe with lively Miami energy. Guests can enjoy authentic coastal favorites, fresh tacos, and creative tequila-forward cocktails in a bright indoor-outdoor setting. Whether grabbing a casual bite after a day on the sand or relaxing on the patio with a refreshing drink, it offers a spirited escape by the Atlantic.

Description of the Training: Gain invaluable skills and knowledge in the Food and Beverage department of a world-leading luxury hotel/resort through a J-1 hospitality internship or traineeship program at Plan Do See America. During your program, you will receive training and mentorship from industry leaders in the F&B field as you rotate through different outlets on the property. This rotational program is designed to give you exposure to the international hospitality industry and give you the experience to excel in your career when you return to your home country.
