Recruiting Coordinator - Temp Role (Expected duration 3 months+)

Hybrid: Greenwich, CT


The Team

The Recruiting team supports both experienced hiring and campus recruiting initiatives, playing a key role in attracting and onboarding talent across all levels of the organization—from interns and entry-level candidates to seasoned professionals.


The Role

The firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support day-to-day recruiting operations.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
  • Managing candidate communications, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Building and maintaining interview schedules, including real-time adjustments during onsite interview days
  • Providing onsite support during interview days, including greeting candidates and ensuring smooth execution
  • Assisting with planning and logistics for campus recruiting events and interview programs
  • Coordinating event operations such as venue management, catering, materials, and execution
  • Supporting internship program logistics and related events
  • Arranging candidate travel and accommodations
  • Processing candidate reimbursements and vendor payments
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system
  • Delivering a high-quality experience to both internal stakeholders and external candidates
  • Communicating effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners
  • Assisting with ad hoc HR and recruiting-related projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role; experience in financial services is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus
