We are a privately owned and operated janitorial service company that provides custom janitorial services. We are currently looking for an Area Supervisor for the Massachusetts/New England Area
Job Summary
Area Supervisor will be responsible to Supervise cleaning crews, Schedule, Organize, Problem Solve General Cleaning, Special Services and Requests with Building staffing
• Provide, review and discuss Quality Control reports using custom cleaning software
• Report, Communicate and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report to Management deficiencies and resolution plan of action
• Organize payroll and meet with management with any payroll changes
• Organize employees on budget hours due to employees calling out sick, vacation or add/subtract to sqft
• Knowledge of chemicals & equipment
• Plan, organize, coordinate start ups
• Hire/Train new employees
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve problems
• Respond to emails ASAP/ answer cellphone 24/7
• Work closely with Management
• Provide insight, work closely with Area Managers/Building Supervisors
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 in janitorial cleaning, management or operations
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
• Very good problem solving skills
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be able to multi task
• Work together as a team player
• Knowledge of MS Office word, excel, outlook
