This is an Internship Position - Intended for current college students.

Job Location: 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SE, Atlanta, GA 30334

Position Type: Temporary / Part-Time Internship

Work Schedule: 25 hours per week

Compensation: $15per hour

Job Summary

The Georgia Address Confidentiality Program (ACP), Safe at Home Program, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Summer Intern to support program operations, outreach, and administrative functions. This position provides hands-on experience in public service, victim advocacy support systems, and state government operations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with processing participant applications and maintaining confidential records
  • Support mail handling and forwarding procedures
  • Perform data entry and assist with reporting tasks
  • Provide administrative support to program staff
  • Assist with development of outreach and educational materials
  • Conduct research and support program improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework or background in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Political Science, or related field
  • Prior administrative or office experience
  • Interest in public service, victim advocacy, or government programs
Compensation

This is a paid part-time internship. Compensation will be based on qualifications and program guidelines.
