Position Overview

As an Associate Full Stack & Power Platform Developer, you will support 4A Consulting s technology and delivery teams by developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications and digital solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, API integration, and full-stack development, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs with internal and external applications.
  • Develop front-end solutions using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Support backend development using .NET/C#, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Work with SQL databases, Dataverse, and application data models.
  • Troubleshoot defects and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Conduct unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing and maintain test evidence.
  • Use Git/Azure DevOps for source control and development workflows.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide clear status on tasks, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Participate in Agile development, code reviews, deployments, and production support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps / Power Platform through academic projects, internships, or professional work.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, and application integration.
  • Experience with front-end development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with a backend technology such as C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Git/source control, testing, debugging, and SDLC practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and accountability skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, and business logic.
  • Experience building workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, App Services, or other cloud services.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth 2.0, role-based access, and application authentication.
  • Experience developing or consuming RESTful APIs and testing integrations using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with React/TypeScript and .NET/C# Web API development.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub, including repositories, work items, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, including documenting test results.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development, production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are a plus.
