Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in .NET to join a dedicated team of professionals across Sweden and the United States. The role involves developing backend services, collaborating in a cross-functional team, and ensuring effective integration and architecture for manufacturing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Backend Development: Advanced experience developing backend services with .NET 8/9.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge and experience regarding container-based hosting with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Architecture & Integration: Solid understanding of API design principles, integration patterns, and production-ready quality practices.
• Mindset: A self-leading and growth-oriented attitude with a passion for end-users, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
• Global Collaboration: Ability to navigate multicultural, distributed environments and actively engage diverse stakeholders.
• Leadership: Confidence to lead customer-facing workstreams, identify needs, provide expertise, and ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Advanced experience developing backend services with .NET 8/9.
