Description
Data Systems Analysts, Inc (DSA) has an opening for a Software Developer to support the Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) National Gateway Centers' (NGCs) Command and Control (C2) Messaging Interoperability mission. This role implements mission critical software features to meet customer requirements in a timely basis.  The developer will maintain existing software and develop code for new requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution
  • Must hold an IAT II qualified certification (example Security+, CSSLP).
  • Bachelor of Arts /Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) in an Information Technology or Computer Science discipline.
  • Three years of professional programming experience. JavaScript preferred. Java is a plus.

Clearance Required

  • Must be able to obtain a DOD Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Desired Qualifications

  • Web programming experience. Angular framework a plus.
  • Experience with UI design and UI prototyping.
  • Experience with using Linux as a software development environment.
  • Experience with version control software; GIT knowledge is a plus.
  • Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD a plus.
  • Configuration management & technical documentation.

  • Maintaining existing software and developing code for new requirements.
  • Writing tests for test-driven development.
  • Daily standup meetings, development actions, checking code into configuration management system, peer reviews.
