It's common to handle queries from native speakers with varying dialects or expectations, which requires strong communication skills and adaptability. To overcome these challenges, interns can actively engage in language practice, seek feedback from experienced team members, and familiarize themselves with the company's products and service protocols. Collaborating closely with colleagues and using available training resources can also help interns build confidence and improve their problem-solving abilities.
