About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience while gathering essential case information for our attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients via phone and email; make outbound calls to inquiries.
  • Collect and document case details to determine eligibility based on firm criteria.
  • Manage the initial stages of client relationships with professionalism and care.
  • Utilize case management software to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
