Position: Senior Campus Recruiter

Location: Indianapolis, IN (on-site)

American Structurepoint is seeking a Senior Campus Recruiter to help lead and execute our university recruiting strategy. This role will be responsible for building relationships with universities, attracting top student talent, coordinating internship and entry-level hiring initiatives, and creating exceptional candidate experiences that strengthen our employer brand.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and passionate about connecting students and recent graduates with meaningful career opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and key campus partners.
  • Represent American Structurepoint at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and other recruiting activities.
  • Coordinate campus recruiting schedules, travel, event logistics, and university engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand recruiting efforts and strengthen partnerships at target schools.
  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's internship program.
  • Support intern onboarding, orientation, professional development events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers and mentors to ensure a positive intern experience.
  • Track intern performance and conversion opportunities for future full-time hiring.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for intern and entry-level positions.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple disciplines and geographic locations.
  • Maintain recruiting data, candidate records, and activity tracking within recruiting systems.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics including applicant flow, event attendance, internship conversions, and hiring outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to support strategic recruiting decisions.
  • Assist with process improvements and recruiting technology initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of campus recruiting experience
  • Experience developing campus recruiting strategies and managing university partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success by building internship and entry-level talent pipelines.
  • Ability to mentor team members and influence recruiting strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
