YOUR CAREER IN ABA STARTS HERE
No ABA experience required. If you care about kids and want a career that matters, we will train you, certify you and pay you while we do it.
At Treetop, we hire for heart and train for skill. You will complete you 40-hour RBT coursework, pass your certification exam, and start working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. We cover the training, the exam fees, and the application costs. Your job is to show up ready to learn.

Clinical Support
  • BCBA supervision at 10-15% minimum. You will always have clinical support when you need it.
  • Clear career paths: Lead RBT, Full-Time RBT, BCaBA and BCBA roles.
  • BCBA Internship Program: For those in graduate ABA programs, work with a dedicated one-on-one BCBA mentor through your experience hours.
  • Supportive leadership and efficient back-office systems so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork.

For In-Home Assignments
  • Paid travel time between client locations.
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
  • Training across multiple settings: clinic, home and school.

WHAT YOU NEED
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience working with children across different ages and abilities (tutoring, childcare, camps, paraprofessional, classroom or similar)
  • Ability to complete RBT training and certification within first two weeks (three week process end-to-end)
  • Must attend in-person training at our Savannah, GA clinic (within 60 miles)
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move actively with young children throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred (but not required):
  • Pursing or completed a degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
  • Interest in a long-term career in ABA therapy or behavioral health
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime and evening hours
  • Locations: Clinic-based, in-home or a combination based on your assignment
  • Position type: Full-time or part-time available
