Legacy Capital Services is proud to provide essential administrative support to a rapidly expanding national consumer rights law firm dedicated to helping Americans achieve financial freedom from burdensome credit card debt, medical bills, auto loans, timeshares, and more. Consumer demand is at an all-time high. Unlike traditional debt relief options like settlement, collections, or bankruptcy, the consumer rights attorneys offer a unique and specialized service, disputing clients' debts and helping them take control of their financial futures.


The Training Coordinator supports the development and delivery of training programs across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating training logistics, managing calendars, preparing materials, and assisting with onboarding and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with instructors and team members. Success in this position requires strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive approach to supporting training initiatives with a focus on adult learning theory.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Administration & Coordination

  • Coordinate training schedules, meetings, and learning calendars.
  • Maintain training records, attendance documentation, and reporting metrics.

Learning & Development

  • Assist with developing, updating and maintaining training materials, guides, presentations, and job aids.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Canva, and other learning technologies to enhance training materials.
  • Assist with the implementation of learning initiatives and development programs.

Onboarding & Employee Development

  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities.
  • Monitor onboarding completion and learner progress.
  • Provide ongoing support to new employees and managers during the onboarding process.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct quality reviews of employee interactions and performance.
  • Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identify training gaps and recommend solutions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Administer training evaluations and feedback surveys.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least three (3) years in Learning & Development or training support roles, HR experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with LMS tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain calendars, and ensure timely delivery of training materials.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with instructors and trainees.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Ensures accuracy in training documentation and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience conducting coaching sessions and performance evaluations, preferred.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design, preferred.
  • Experience within a call center, professional services, collections, legal, or financial services environment preferred.
