  • Assess third-party controls, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., NCUA, FFIEC, consumer protection, BSA/AML, privacy)
  • Identify, document, and escalate material risks, control gaps, and compliance issues, and support development and validation of remediation plans
  • Support the development and maintenance of TPRM compliance policies, standards, methodologies, and governance practices
  • Ensure consistent application of risk frameworks, scoring models, and documentation standards across third-party assessments
  • Develop and deliver reporting and insights on third-party compliance risk, trends, and emerging issues to leadership and risk committees
  • Support regulatory exams, audits, and compliance reviews, including preparation of documentation, responses, and tracking of findings
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Information Security, and business units to support onboarding, oversight, and risk-informed decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve TPRM processes, controls, reporting, and systems, and support ongoing program maturity and efficiency
