Temporary Manager - Risk Consulting (Global Banks)

Position Overview

RSM is seeking a Temporary Manager to support our Global Banks Risk Consulting Practice. This role will lead client engagements focused on risk management, internal audit, regulatory compliance, governance, and controls for large banking and financial services organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead risk consulting and internal audit engagements.
  • Assess risk, controls, governance, and compliance programs.
  • Manage project teams and review deliverables.
  • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership.
  • Support regulatory remediation and controls improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Operational Risk.
  • Banking or financial services experience required.
  • Experience leading teams and managing client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  • CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS, CRCM, or similar certifications preferred.
