Assistwithidentifyingor verifying required maintenance work, interpreting contracts,schedulingand coordinating in-houseor sub-contractor work and ensuring work meets contract specifications.Assistswith ensuring all aspects of thecontract are coordinated and completed ina timely, efficient,effectiveand profitable manner.

The pay range for this position is $27.50-$29.50 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
