Experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant


Join a dynamic and fast-paced apartment community in Jacksonville and surounfing areas as an Experienced Leasing Consultant! We're looking for a friendly, motivated professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leasing expertise and customer service skills in a welcoming and professional setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging community tours
  • Assist with the leasing process: applications, approvals, and lease preparation
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate leasing records
  • Provide exceptional service to current residents and respond to inquiries or service requests
  • Support day-to-day leasing office operations and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous leasing experience in residential property management is required
  • Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling follow-up communication
  • Dependable and available to work Tuesday through Saturday
