The Family CX team was created to unlock differentiated experiences to serve the unique needs of how customers manage shared finances. Money is deeply personal, but itโ€™s rarely managed alone. As a Senior Manager, Product Manager on our Family CX team, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to design collaborative multi-user banking solutions that span generations. Basic Qualifications
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's or Masterโ€™s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidateโ€™s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
