We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Talent Services team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands on experience in Human Resources and learn about assessing quality and document management. You will work independently and as part of a team to build your knowledge and skills across several areas in HR including Background checks, terminations, and leaves.

Assist the team with reviewing/analyzing CSAT data. Assist the team by reviewing the quality of vendor managed work to ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards. Assist the team with documentation review and uploading into appropriate systems. Participate in team meetings.

Qualifications What You've Got:
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program at Messina College with a strong academic record
  • Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
