What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and advanced laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, following established protocols.

• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training to new staff or interns, and help maintain the highest lab quality standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workspace while adhering to relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of your hire date.
• Continuously maintain your certification during your employment.
