Job description

Success Coach

Invest in students. Build confidence. Change futures.

Firewall Centers is looking for a passionate, organized, and relational Success Coach who loves working with students and wants to make a real difference. In this role, you’ll mentor middle school students, help them set and achieve academic and personal goals, and build the confidence and life skills they need to thrive.

What You’ll Do
  • Coach students through goal-setting, academic challenges, and personal growth.

  • Track progress and provide accountability, encouragement, and support.

  • Lead groups and lessons focused on leadership, stress management, and life skills.

  • Partner with families, teachers, and staff to ensure students receive strong, consistent support.

  • Help maintain a positive, structured, and mission-driven center environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Experience working with middle and/or high school students.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.

  • Heart for students and a passion for community impact.

At Firewall Centers, you’re not just supporting academics — you’re helping students believe in themselves and succeed in life. If that excites you, we’d love for you to apply!
