Schraft’s 2.0 is a leading fertility pharmacy based in Cedar Knolls, NJ, supporting patients through some of the most personal and life-changing journeys. Our team is passionate about delivering compassionate, precise, and timely pharmacy services that empower individuals and families.
We’re looking for aspiring and early-career Pharmacy Technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and are available to work our second shift, Monday through Friday, 11:30 am to 8pm. This position may also require flexibility to work an occasional rotating Saturday shift from 9 am to 3 pm, as needed.

Under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician prepares, packages, and distributes medications, and assists in inventory management in accordance with pharmacy policies and regulatory standards.
Core Responsibilities: 
  • Selects drugs from stock for preparation: counts, pours, and/ or mixes pharmaceuticals; places pharmacy products in appropriate containers and affixes labels to containers.
  • Packages and ships medication packages in accordance with stringent safety standards.
  • Provides excellent customer service to all patients and medical professionals in person, and by phone as needed.
  • Prepare and track delivery instructions and invoices to assist delivery staff and common carriers responsible for home or office delivery.
  • Monitor prescription inventory, manage expiration dates, and ensure proper storage conditions, returning expired pharmaceuticals to manufacturers, as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderly condition of pharmacy and workstations, on daily basis.
  • Compound sterile and non-sterile fertility medications, as needed.
  • Assist with maintenance of pharmacy filing systems (hard copy, signature logs, and invoices), as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level opportunity for pharmacy technician students, recent graduates, or early-career technicians. Prior compounding experience through coursework, internships, or employment preferred. Interest in fertility pharmacy or specialty compounding is highly valued.
  • NJ State License, required. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), highly preferred.
  • Availability to work 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday.
  • Availability to work occasional Saturdays.
  • Compassionate, motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude, desire to grow, and excitement about beginning or advancing their pharmacy career.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential, protected patient information (PHI) with discretion and empathy.
  • Ability to work individually, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Email, Teams, Word, Excel).
