  • Lead tech transfer, equipment qualification, and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for chemical manufacturing processes.
  • Develop PFDs, mass & energy balances, HAZOP, FMEA, and process documentation.
  • Support deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams in a cGMP environment.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s+ in Chemical Engineering or related field and 7–10 years of relevant experience, including chemical manufacturing.
  • Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma, statistical process control, ISO standards, and validation experience.
