Job Description

We are looking to fill a position for DBA in Lansing MI.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Spatial
  • Provide support for growing Oracle Spatial needs, including installation, tuning and trouble shooting
  • Experience with Oracle 11g , 12c
  • Working knowledge of DDL, DML, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, constraints and cursors
  • Proficiency with Oracle performance tuning
  • Proficiency with database backup and recovery using Oracle RMAN
  • Ability to analyze and design physical databases and their definitions
  • Experience with Oracle on Solaris
  • Experience managing databases up to 10+ TB
  • Knowledge of Shell Scripting
  • Knowledge of EMC and NetApp SAN hardware
  • Data guard, compression, backup tools
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming experience
