Position Summary
The Supply Chain Systems team is currently seeking an IT Tech Associate to support current and expanding technologies. Requirements for the position include experience in end user support, with technical knowledge of application programming and digital supply chain software. The successful team member will be expected to work both independently and as a part of a team to achieve the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Supports global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results that meet deadlines; provides guidance to project resources within and across multiple teams as needed
- Knowledgeable in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric and Databricks for modern data integration and processing.
- Proficient in relational database design, normalization, schema management, and SQL query optimization.
- Skilled in SQL for writing complex stored procedures, functions, triggers, with experience in debugging, error handling, and deployment.
- Experienced in designing, developing, and deploying SSIS packages, including ETL processes, control/data flow, error handling, and performance tuning.
- Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning data analysis with business KPIs.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and serving as a product owner
- Support a growing analytics community throughout the organization, while supporting efforts to centralize and standardize data.
- Help Desk - Supplier Facing Applications
- Provide after-hour technical support as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for talent with:
- Bachelor's Degree in: Computing Sciences, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Science or related areas
- 1-3 years related IT experience (internships / co-ops included)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Data Management and Analytics certification preferred
