About Us:

At Crisp, we’re more than a marketing agency – we’re your marketing team. Guided by our values, we deliver accessible marketing leadership that combines strategic insights with practical execution to drive results. Our fractional model empowers entrepreneurs to focus on their strengths while we help sharpen their business for success.

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator with demonstrated abilities in project coordination and multi-channel marketing execution. Working closely with a CMO or Director, the Marketing Coordinator will support the development and delivery of tailored strategies, coordinate high-impact marketing assets, and ensure clear, timely client communication. Supporting 3 to 6 client accounts, this role emphasizes precision in execution, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring marketing campaigns to life.
About You:

You’re a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 1 to 2 years of experience through internships, co-op placements, or entry-level roles in a marketing or agency environment. You’re a dynamic and motivated early-career professional with a strong foundation in both marketing strategy and execution. You enjoy working across multiple projects and clients, contributing to campaign development and coordination that aligns with broader business goals.

Your organizational skills are a standout - you’re able to keep details straight, timelines on track, and priorities clear, even when things get busy. You’re comfortable juggling competing tasks and know how to ask the right questions to keep projects moving. You thrive in ambiguity, approaching challenges with curiosity and a solutions-oriented mindset, and you don’t wait for someone else to fix a problem you can figure out.

A clear communicator with strong attention to detail, you’re collaborative by nature and eager to learn from those around you. You take initiative, bring energy to your work, and are excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a supportive, fast-moving team.

You’re proficient with tools like Google Workspace and project management software, and feel confident navigating basic content publishing platforms. You’re ready to build meaningful client relationships, support successful campaigns, and bring a thoughtful, can-do attitude to every task you take on.
